PARRAMATTA RIVER FREE! This Free Outdoor Fitness Training class is
brought to you through a partnership with Parramatta-based Active
Movement Studio (AMS).
AMS High Intensity Interval Training is the fastest and most efficient
way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. Each class offers a variety
of resistance, body weight and cardio exercises so it never gets
boring. The best part of HIIT training is that your metabolism gets a
big kick and will continue to burn fat long after the class has ended.
The AMS team are all highly qualified health professionals that apply
all the latest evidence-based research to ensure fast and effective
results. Their studio also provides primary care services such as
Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology. More information about the

ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?
No, for fitness classes, teenage participants must be accompanied by a
parent/guardian.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?
Please wear appropriate non-restrictive clothing, enclosed shoes,
water bottle and a towel.

CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?
Yes, you can update your information via the Eventbrite website,
you'll need to create a login.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
No, your name will appear on an attendance sheet. The facilitator will
mark you as attended.
CAN I REGISTER AS I GO? CASUAL SESSIONS?
Yes, this ticket entitles you to join a set pool of participants that
are eligible for the free fitness classes. Participants from this pool
will then be required to sign up for the class here

THE TERM HAS ALREADY STARTED; CAN I STILL JOIN?
Most programs are designed in a way that a participant could join at
any point throughout the program if there are spaces available.
Enrolments will be kept open for this purpose.
I AM PREGNANT, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
It is suggested that you seek medical clearance from your health care
professional. Participation is done so at your own risk.
I AM RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
