Are you a novice powerlifter who wants to see what competing is like or has it been awhile since you've competed?
Then this is for you.
This competition is open to:
- a novice lifter looking for their first competition
- anyone looking to get on the platform
Details:
- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift) & Bench only
- IPF rules (2 hour weigh in, combo rack, 20kg bar)
- Weigh in from 7am
- Lifting starts from 9am
- No approved equipment required
- Federation membership not required
- Limited to 28 lifters
