In our increasingly busy and demanding work environment poor mental
health and wellbeing continue to see high stress levels and be a
challenge for people in our industry and beyond.I used to be in the
digital industry environment, working hard and playing hard. It took a
toll, of course it did. Until I couldn't ignore the signs my body was
giving me to slow down and take a hard look at my lifestyle.
This became my passion to help others to slow down and offer tools
