John Gollings: The History of the Built World exhibition is the first
major survey of Gollings’s photographic practice, offering a much
anticipated opportunity to appreciate the full breadth of his
distinctive career as Australia’s pre-eminent photographer of the
built environment. Explore 65 photographic works spanning Gollings’
extensive portfolio including captivating images of abandoned cities,
iconic modernist buildings, and the most recent architectural
additions to our cityscapes. This travelling exhibition was created by
the Monash Gallery of Art (MGA). A new addition, included exclusively
for the Museum of Sydney, features Gollings’s photographs of Sydney
architecture.
