visiting dignitaries and members of the Royal family. The Restaurant
is open to the public on Monday to Friday on days when the Parliament
is not sitting and provides a rare opportunity to experience fine
dining at Parliament House. Dining at NSW Parliament NSW Parliament
Catering is led by celebrated Executive Chef, Vanessa Harcourt.
Supported by her talented culinary team, Vanessa embraces the
opportunity to prepare fresh gourmet creations and quality dishes that
are curated to showcase a wide variety of seasonal produce sourced
from throughout regional New South Wales. Discover the flavours of New
South Wales NSW Parliament recognises the importance of sourcing
ethical and sustainably produced foods. Every effort is made to source
local New South Wales produce from suppliers who conduct sustainable
farming practices. Origins of produce include pork from Byron Bay,
lamb from Armidale, venison from Mandagery Creek, poultry from
Minchinbury, diary from the Riverina region and fresh fruit and
vegetables from Windsor, Freemans Reach, Horsley Park, Gunnedah and
