Over four weeks we will experiment, express and reflect using easily
accessible yet provoking art therapy activities to decrease stress and
tension, encourage personal insight, bust open creativity, make sense
of things and pave the way for growth. We will work with both personal
and universal themes in both directive and non-directive ways -
meaning I'll guide you and you'll also do your own thing!This is for
