Come along to yoga in the park on Tuesday evenings! You'll learn
simple moves that will help you relax and feel great. It's a great way
to unwind after work. It's only 45 minutes so you can get home in time
for dinner too.If you haven't had a class with me yet, your first
class with me is free - it's my gift to you. Otherwise, it's only $10
a class.
Please bring a mat.
