The wine class that's open to everybody! This class is for people who want to know more about wine. You might be a beginner or someone who knows the basics but wants to firm up what you know and feel less intimidated the next time you're in a bottle shop/restaurant/bar. Run by a Sydney based Brit who really (really) loves wine And I want to show you how to love it as much as I do. ?‍♀️ No intimidating wine makers or people from snooty establishments Just our group, some vinos and fun a place to learn about wine with your mates. ? Learn the basics of tasting What to look for on sight, smell and taste so you learn what you like (and what you don’t!). ? Sound wine smart (not pretentious) No questions are stupid questions so ask everything you’ve ever been afraid to ask and get the answer that will make you look v intelligent in front of your mates/parents/date. ? 8 wines for you to try from all over the world 3 whites, 2 rosés, 3 reds and a mystery wine for the person who wins the wildcard wine description of the night ? 6 varietals Because variety is the spice of life and this will help you understand the differences between each wine. ? Always organic, sometimes natural Natural and organic has a mixed rep but we will talk through the pros and cons and where to get the best versions. ? Nibbles included Some tasty cheese and chips so we make sure we don’t get you silly sloshed by providing some sustenance to line your bellies. ?
