Beacon Road Productions Presents Harold Pinter's iconic Absurdist play:'The Dumb Waiter' for a limited run in the first two weeks of April.
Their job is simple. Wait in the basement until the man comes through the door. When the man comes through the door, take care of it. But all that waiting and no tea can lead to some drastic situations.
The Dumb Waiter, as presented by Beacon Road Productions, is one of Pinter's most well-known plays. Written in his early years, it follows the story of two hitmen, Ben (James Martin) & Gus (Russel Cronin) whom await orders as they try to make sense of the papers emerging from the dumb waiter in their room.
Directed by Dany Akbar, this new interpretation of an iconic play is sure to deliver a tense yet hilarious show, leaving you wondering deep philosophical questions about the nature of life, idioms and tea. Mostly tea.
