Weaving Circle -Random Weave With Bangalow Palm Inflorescence

In this workshop we will be playing with the magnificent Bangalow Palm Inflorescence, which is the seed carrier of this magnificent Australian native tree. We chat about how to prepare the material for weaving plus cover off other suitable vines for weaving. The basic form is constructed using a random weave method as we out to make a spherical shape, but as always the material and your creativity will determine the final shape. Weaving from plant material donated by Mother Nature is such a humbling and rewarding experience as you create your own art piece using just your hands and imagination.
