The AML/CTF ADVISER SESSIONS ARE ONE ON ONE MEETINGS TO SUPPORT AML/CTF ADVISERS ON SUCH MATTERS AS:• Understanding insights from AUSTRAC • AML/CTF legislation • Compliance with obligations and programs • ML/TF risks • Independent audits • Problems that reporting entities are facing During these sessions, we expect advisers to inform us on how they engage and support reporting entities to meet their AML/CTF obligations. AUSTRAC will be able to provide general guidance to assist advisers. *NB Please only register for one session per business.
