Exercises for SENIORS TO IMPROVE STRENGTH AND BALANCEIncrease the
strength throughout your entire body with our class focused on
strengthening exercises using resistance bands and other small loose
equipment. Strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture and
balance while increasing overall stability of your body to reduce the
risk of falls.
This activity is funded by the Brisbane City Council as part of the
Active and Healthy Program.
