your office in Fortitude Valley. Everything will work again when we
switch it off and switch it back on again - including you. Come as

AIR - Your Monday Madness Escape: Lie down, close your eyes and open
your senses. Give your mind and body a break from your busy and
stressful work environment. This session includes a guided
meditation & breathing exercises to help you refocus. Take your power
back within a few minutes.
EARTH - Your Midweek Energy Boost: Feeling the midweek fatigue?
Release tension in your shoulders, neck and back with light stretches
and enjoy long soothing savasana (lying down) to bring your energy
levels back up for more productivity.
WATER - Just. Relax. Completely switch off and leave all the work
stresses behind. Enjoy deep releasing yin yoga poses and let it all
go. Start your weekend fully relaxed and focused on the things that
matter to your most.
Come as you are and leave the sessions feeling reborn. Mats, eye
pillows, blankets are provided.
