Tune Up® Teacher and a certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner,
for this series of 2 hour workshops that will help you to live better
in your body.
The Roll Model® Method (RMM) is a soft-tissue conditioning,
self-care fitness format that uses Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) balls for
self-myofascial release (self-massage). These unique therapy balls are
both pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different
layers of myo-fascia, much like a deep tissue massage.
FEB 2 ~ FULL BODY ROLL OUT
This workshop will combine self-massage techniques and breath work to
help reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve mobility. You will
learn about anatomy and self-care techniques, empowering you to take
healing into your own hands. A great full body experience and
introduction to the techniques of rolling.

MARCH 1 ~ RMM FOR MOVERS
Our second session will explore areas that tend to create tension and
tightness in specific sports and movement modalities. Whether you
are a yogi, cyclist, runner or weightlifter, learn how to use your
self care tools for both re-hab and pre-hab. Discover how different
approaches to rolling can assist with preparation for sports and
movement and improving mobility, flexibility and recovery.

APRIL 5 ~ ROLL RELAX RESTORE
Session 3 is all about how to relax with your YTU® balls. Enjoy a
deeply nourishing massage for the back, shoulders and neck, and
experience the sedating effect created by rolling out tension from the
head, face and jaw. We will end with a restorative body scan
mediation to finish off your weekend in a state of deep relaxation.

MAY 3 ~ BREATHE IN BLISS OUT
This workshop focuses on the mechanics of breath and will teach you
simple methods of “down-regulation” you can use at home, enabling
you to calm your nervous system.
In this workshop, you will learn self-massage and gentle movement
techniques to:
Release tension in the body
Soothe stressed muscles
Liberate muscles used for breathing
Discover how to down-regulate your nervous system with abdominal
massage using the Coregeous® Ball.
The afternoon will finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation which
will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.
