This is an excellent session for anyone new to yoga or looking at
rekindling their practice. Zoe gently guides you through the movements
and helps you achieve a better balance and understanding. She gives
you step by step assurance through the session to help you be a more
confident you, working with you in common poses and helping you with
adjustments to suit your body. Breathing is such an important part of
our body working in balance and this is am important part of these
classes.Great for everyone - beginners, novice, young, old and
experienced. These are beautiful sessions that cover the history of
