The Full Moon HOTEL X BACARDI ARE DELIGHTED TO PRESENT MELBOURNE CUP
LUNCHEON 2020, with a fresh touch of European Summer.Don your
trackside attire, gather your friends and colleagues to kick off
Spring racing season from the Deck of the Full Moon Hotel overlooking
Bramble Bay.
Your all-inclusive Melbourne Cup package includes a seated
three-course lunch and three hours of draught beer, selection of
wines, non-alcoholic beverages and a zesty, fresh cocktail of Bacardi
gin, bubbles & lemon.
There are TAB facilities available from 8am to back your winner, and
large screens for this space for full coverage for the race that stops
the nation. There will also be a social photographer to capture the
moment, sweeps tickets sold and live entertainment on stage by three
piece band Montana

A portion of you ticket sales, along with raffles on the day are
donated to the Children's Hospital Foundation
[https://www.childrens.org.au/], our charity of choice for this years
Melbourne Cup event. The Foundation helps to provide the best possible
care and support to sick children and their families through medical
research and equipment, along with patient and family support.
Numbers are limited. 10 guests max per table.

ARE THERE ID OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Yes, this is an 18+ years only event. We are a licensed venue and may
ask you to produce your ID.
HOW DO I ARRANGE TO BE SEATED AT THE SAME TABLE AS MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE
BOOKED SEPARATELY?
This information can be provided on the registration form. We will do
our best to accommodate your request.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE
EVENT?
There is on-street and off-street car parking available at the Full
Moon Hotel. We are within walking distance of both Sandgate and
Shorncliffe train stations. Taxi's are also readily available.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We accept full refunds up to 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds
can be made online by logging into your Eventbrite account and lodging
the request.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
It is not required to bring a printed ticket.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE DECK?
The ground floor of the Full Moon Hotel where the Deck is located has
disabled parking and wheelchair access.
