This workshop is open to LENDLEASE EMPLOYEES, employees who are
supervisors in our contracted supply chain partners and clients. This
program is about equipping leaders to effectively engage and
influence. As a Frontline Leader, you play an essential role in
building and maintaining a positive culture in your workplace. This
workshop will provide you with tools and techniques that will increase
your effectiveness and influence as a leader, both personally and
professionally!
On completion of the workshop you will:

Understand what a ‘best place to work’ is and the role that
safety, quality, performance and wellbeing play in creating it;

Understand the importance of having an assertive mindset whilst
leading with trust and influence;
*
Have developed skills to effectively communicate with your teams, and
positively influence them to create an environment that is the best
place to work where people are returned home every day to what
matters most

Have a clear understanding of how to identify the worst thing that
can happen and assess and apply appropriate controls
