His presentation will challenge our way of thinking about the housing continuum and who can afford to buy their own home as well as suggesting ways of providing access to capital to build more homes. _Capital Structuring and Partnering_ Speakers will provide examples and discuss how the gap between the cost to build and supply of new homes can be addressed.
