Gary Storkey, Chair of South Australian Housing Authority has spent
many years focused on the people who need access to housing. His
presentation will challenge our way of thinking about the housing
continuum and who can afford to buy their own home as well as
suggesting ways of providing access to capital to build more homes.

Speakers will provide examples and discuss how the gap between the
cost to build and supply of new homes can be addressed. The common
themes of partnerships and solutions will emerge.
