There's a whole lot more you can do with a Hula Hoop than just
spinning it around your waist! During the 8-week COURSE WE WILL
LEARN TO HULA HOOP WITH OUR ENTIRE BODY. We hoop on our waist, chest,
neck and legs. We learn to hoop both on the body and in our hands.By
the end of the 8 weeks you will be able to perform an array of tricks
and will be well on the way to incorporating hooping into dance and
movement.
No prior hooping or dance experience needed. Anyone can give hooping a
whirl regardless of your age, shape or stage in life.
