The full moon is said to heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as pulling sub-conscious ones to the surface. Meditating during the full moon provides an opportunity to connect deeply with our inner wisdom and with nature.

Join Andrea and her team (@pinkpomelo.com.au) at Soul Space Brisbane, a beautiful and spacious yoga shala in Newmarket. This 1-hour event will start with pranayama (breathing exercise) and a short introduction in to meditation. If you are new to meditation, there is no need to worry, this is a guided meditation, so sit back, relax and let us guide you through a journey of self-exploration.
