Join me for a one month re-set, created specifically for women over
40. Learn the best types of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle
modifications to have you looking and feeling your best. This is not a
quick fix, starve yourself program, instead it is about identifying
what is not working and introducing habits and activities that will!
I have designed the course for women who are currently training in the
gym, their chosen sport or who are not undertaking any activity at
all. The challenge will support your current training or you can join
one or our early morning small group classes to start your fitness
journey.
Regardless which option you choose, we will meet once a week, on a
Saturday morning, workout together, track our progress (in the food
and exercise journal) and then cover a certain topic with an expert in
that area.
