Level 1 Beginner Freediving Course

Freediving Course Level 1: The Level 1 Freediver Course is designed for those with little or no experience in the ocean and for those who have never experienced formal education in freediving although have some underwater experience. ? Day 1 theory, pool session with static and dynamic training & deep diving to 12m max Day 2 theory & deep diving to 20m max Small groups with maximum 3 students ? Prerequisites Must be able to independently swim 200 m with or without fins. Minimum age: 15 years ? Included: pool entry & certification fee upon successful course completion To bring: dive gear, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, water, snacks, camera :) We do provide weights and weight belts but we do not have hire gear available so you will need to bring your own wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins.
