This WORKSHOP INCORPORATES PILATES-inspired movement therapy, covering
exercises to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the fingers, toes,
wrist, ankles, HANDS AND FEET. Learn how to maintain movement and
strength for arthritic joints, how to strengthen the feet for walking
and running, and strengthen the hands and wrists for push ups, guitar
playing, tennis, or simply typing at work all day.
Participants will be provided with exercises to practice at home,
including photos and descriptions.
No Pilates experience is required for participation in this workshop.
