Four Pillars Gin Masterclass

Here’s one for all you gin lovers out there. On the evening of Thursday 2nd of April we will have Sommy Smith representing Four PILLARS GIN AT THE ISLAND ROOFTOP TO RUN A VERY SPECIAL GIN MASTERCLASS.This masterclass will feature tastings of a broad range of gin styles, a welcome Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin & Tonic, plus a mini charcuterie board. Gin on tasting will include: * Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin * Four Pillars Negroni Spiced Gin * Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin * Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin * Four Pillars Sherry Cask Gin Established in the Yarra Valley in 2013, Four Pillars Gin has quickly become one of Australia’s most respected and influential independent distilleries. From the standard Rare Gin through to the groundbreaking creation of the Bloody Shiraz Gin, the team at Four Pillars has constantly pushed the limits and set an incredibly high standard for gin in this country. We have worked closely with Four Pillars for a number of years now, so when the opportunity to put together a masterclass under the Gold Coast skies at the Rooftop, we jumped at the opportunity. Hang around after for the regular dose of 'Gin & Jazz' on the Rooftop. This is a paid event with limited seats. The Masterclass will commence at 7pm and will finish up at around 8:30pm. Pricing is $35 per person.
