Brisbane's newest pottery studio is open for classes! In this fun
class you will learn about pottery making and have the chance to
experiment with wheel throwing. You will use these techniques to
create objects such as a cup, a bowl or even a jug. Classes are
intentionally kept small so you will have a hands on experience. The
pottery teachers will lead the class with demonstrations and be on
hand to help out and answer any questions you might have. You have the
option to come back once your piece has been dried and fired and can
paint it yourself using a wide selection of colours. They currently
run a two-session beginner's class for AUD99. This includes the first
session to make your pieces. The second session is held at least two
weeks later and you can come and paint your pieces. You will be
advised when your piece/s are ready for collection. Please note that
they will only keep your pieces for three months before they will be
donated or disposed of responsibly.
