A great way to get active, BOXING FOR FITNESS. Increase your fitness
using general boxing techniques, combinations and punches
incorporating legs, arms, abs and running into the workout. A great
way to get active, increase your cardio fitness and build all-over
strength. Due to current COVID restrictions, please bring along small
weights or filled water bottles to the class as we will be using these
instead of boxing equipment (contactless).
This activity is funded by the Brisbane City Council as part of the
Active and Healthy Program.
