Beginner Class: Learn to Improvise

WE ARE MONITORING THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION AND IF WE ARE UNABLE TO GO AHEAD WITH OUR CLASSES A FULL REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE. This eight week beginners course is designed to introduce you to the basics of improvised theatre in a fun and friendly environment. Over the course of the eight weeks, participants will be gradually introduced to performing Theatresports games and scenes, and will learn to hit the stage with confidence and playfulness. The classes are suitable for anyone keen on performing impro, as well as those interested in improving their public speaking and creativity or expanding their theatre toolbox. You will learn techniques to: * Trust your creative impulses * Be present and in the moment * Accept and build on ideas * Embrace failure All participants will be invited to demonstrate their skills at a graduation show at the end of the workshop.
