Sandbox : Describes a game mode where the player may explore the game
world freely, doing virtually any activity available to them. Sandbox
Junior is our UQ Idea Hub Discovery program for year 7 to 9 students
over the school holidays. In this interactive workshop we walk the
students through the process of customer discovery, problem
identification, solutions design and storytelling. This workshop is
designed for students curious about entrepreneurship and the world
biggest issues, as it provides a concrete set of tools to understand
and unpack big problems and come up with tangible solution. This
workshop is alinged with the QCAA new curriculums and supports the
aquisition of the 21st century skills, such as problem solving,
critical thinknig and communication skills. The workshop will wrap
up at 2pm, but for the participants that need to stay longer until
pick up time, we have planned other fun,engaging activities up to 4
pm. There will be a UQ tour and a screening of the TV show produced by
UQ Ventures Ask The Entrepreneur. This is a short documentary where
insipring Australian entrepreneurs share their stories and and answer
honest questions from the general public on what entrepreneurship
really looks like. This extra activities are supervised by one of our
facilitators and 100% optional. This version of the program is
