The push up is one of our favourite exercises. It is simple, requires no equipment and can be adapted for any fitness level or goal. It is the exercise I have been asked many questions about recently so I have decided to dedicate our next FREE 45min Bodyweight Basics Workshop to the pushup. What you will learn during this pushup workshop: * Mobility techniques to improve movement * Learn correct technique and how to perform the movement safely * How to develop stability, strength and power * How to increase resistance and know when you should progress This workshop is suitable for the complete beginner and those who struggle with pushups to those who would like to learn how to improve and progress their pushup. There will be time for you to ask lots of questions if you want to truly get the most out of our time together.
