The push up is one of our favourite exercises. It is simple, requires
no equipment and can be adapted for any fitness level or goal. It is
the exercise I have been asked many questions about recently so I have
decided to dedicate our next FREE 45min Bodyweight Basics Workshop to
the pushup.
What you will learn during this pushup workshop:
