BUSINESS ALLIANCE CORPORATE BREAKFAST ON WEDNESDAY 13 NOVEMBER
2019. A light breakfast and to celebrate the partnerships of our
businesses and Industry professionals in the achievements of School
Based Traineeships, Certificate and Diploma programs of students at
Southport High.Southport State High is committed to ensuring every
student achieves their potential. Collaboration with like-minded
businesses will ensure the Southport area continues to evolve as a
world class community. The Southport State High Alliance is committed
to:
• Creating opportunities for BUSINESS PROMOTION AND NETWORKING
• Enriching curriculum through local BUSINESS SUPPORT
• Attracting work, apprenticeship, and work placement opportunities
for students
• Capturing additional financial, physical and human resources for
school advancement
Guest speaker Angie Bell, Federal Member for Moncrieff
_Prior to entering Parliament, Angie worked with small business as a
sales rep, state manager, consultant, workplace assessor and trainer
and national retail development manager. In 2014, Angie published a
book to help small business and students in the area of rebranding and
marketing. As a former professional saxophonist for 30 years, she
performed throughout the Americas and Asia Pacific._
_Angie is a fierce advocate for reward-for-effort and believes that if
you have a go, you should get a go. Since being elected, she has
focused her work for the Central Gold Coast to progress small
business, tourism and infrastructure. She is dedicated to helping
local community groups, schools and RSL’s who are all making a huge
difference in the lives of Gold Coasters. _
