Fundraising Acrylic Pour Paint and Sip Along.

Crea8ive and Emerge Cafe are hosting this event to raise funds to support the work Emerge do with our youth at risk. 

Acrylic Pour Workshop in Toowoomba. Rectangle Canvases only.

30 x 40 cm.  

Take time for you, have some fun, get creative and support the great work Emerge does. 

18+ event. BYO Beer/Wine. Glasses provided. Tea, Coffee and small nibbles platters available at extra cost. Payment can be made at the venue on the day. Orders preferred in advance for the nibble platters via email to kym1art@gmail.com Thank you. 

Grab your friends and make it a " creative play date" Gentlemen, you are welcome to join in, grab a mate, a beer or two and unleash your creative side. The science involved makes it a lot of fun.

A bit about Jen Shaw CEO of Emerge and a few other amazing things. 

From my early days in 2012 sharing my passion and story (even when it's messy) to writing cookbooks, building a social following of over 30,000 people, creating communities online, speaking and presenting all over Australia around food and now around my own childhood and passion for social enterprise, founding and running a fast growing and high profile charity and this year being named Zonta Woman of the year, all this time I've been building a brand and choosing every single day to choose bravery and never miss the opportunity to truly live and leave legacy through the story; The story of Barefoot Kitchens, the story of Emerge and the story of Jen Shaw.

You know you want some colour in your rooms, you can picture what you want (if you don't I am here to help you) and you're ready to play with creativity. It is a little bit of work, a little messy and lots of fun.  I am there to guide and assist every step of the way. 
No artistic skills needed just an open mind and prepared to play. Complete this painting in one session, select your favourite colours and let’s play. It is fun.

$95.00 + ticket fee per person, includes your canvas, all paints, mixes and equipment needed as well as personal step by step instructions. % of ticket sales goes to support Emerge and the work they do, after the artist's costs. 

Everyone enjoys watching all the paintings develop as the magic happens, you have a personal cheer squad which is great for your confidence. 

Please note: 
Due to the nature of this painting drying time is longer than other styles, it is recommended you leave your painting at the venue to collect on the following business day where it will be touch dry, you will need a flat, dust free surface at home to allow this to fully dry. ( 3 days depending on weather) 
*We recommend you Wear comfortable shoes and your painting clothes. There is a fair amount of standing in this class. (chairs provided) 
Results of each painting will vary, even though we all use the same technique this is due to the nature of the paint mixes, the pouring and tilting used. We use quality products in our pours, however, as we are working with mediums there can be variables within those products which can produce different results.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Some parking is available on Station Street or up to the side driveway behind the Cafe. You can also park on Russell Street and walk to Emerge Cafe.

What's the refund policy?
Refund policy – cancellation 48 hrs prior to workshop full refund. Cancellation 24hrs or less will result in 60% refund, 40% will be retained due to products costs. If you are unable to attend on the day due to a genuine unforeseen family emergency you can transfer your spot to a friend or receive a voucher for the full purchase price to be used at a future workshop. These refunds will be done via bank transfer once payments have been cleared through Eventbrite, this can take up to 7 days after the event. No show = no refund, we are sure you understand. 
If the hosts cancel for any reasons a full refund will be supplied to all as per refund times above. 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend
