VYPA is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat , improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Capoeira, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. The Jungle Body is a dance fitness program designed for every body! No bookings required; just turn up! Dress: gym gear. Bring: water, towel optional.
