relaxation and breathing. Still the mind and lighten your heart with
mantra meditation. More so than ever, in modern society we all need to
take care of our inner self. It is very common to take care of our
physical body with exercise and nutrition but so often our minds and
hearts are neglected. Every Monday night we aim to provide a space to
relax and recover. It's a free class where you can participate and be
guided through simple ancient meditation practices which you can take
home to use as tools to overcome daily life challenges. So we warmly
invite you to come and participate and experience what Yoga Meditation

lie on) and if you like a blanket. WHAT TO EXPECT Deep Peace
Relaxation For 20-30 minutes you will be guided through a variety of
breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques for the mind and body
while lying down. This is a gentle and deeply relaxing practice where
you may even fall asleep. Kirtan Meditation After putting your mind
and body into a deeply relaxing space, it is time to move into Kirtan.
Kirtan is a very simple and guided group meditation process, where you
focus your mind and your heart on hearing and singing of wonderful
mantras (sacred yoga sound vibrations). This brings about an inner
peace and joy of the heart. The mantras are lead and guided by the
instructor, accompanied with relaxing live music. After Kirtan there
is an opportunity to ask questions and enjory some refreshments. “I
