Join us for 6 weeks of women’s only boxing for fitness in a
supportive environment that allows women to push their limits and
boost confidence. No intimidation. Learn the correct technique of
basic boxing strikes, stance, correct pad holding and some components
of self-defence. These classes will also cover ducking, weaving, and
foot work to build confidence. After completing this course you will
walk away with all the basics. Be prepared for cardio and strength
drills to improve not only your skills but building on FITNESS ALONG
THE WAY. Most importantly get your gloves on and hands moving as a
great stress relieve while having fun at the same time. You are in
safe hands with a qualified personal trainer, all levels welcome. If
you have your own wraps or gloves please bring them along or gloves
can be provided.
