Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced on a chair or
standing using a chair for support. Participants will learn many kinds
of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of
relaxation with the aid of a chair. Ideal for participants who have
difficulties kneeling, or getting onto/off the floor.Time: 2-3pm
April 28 - June 30
Cost: $5 per session, payable at the door only.
