program a goThe main aims of the program are to:
1. Improve muscular strength and muscular endurance
2. Improve cardiovascular endurance with small distance runs and low
impact plyometric training
3. Improve the general fitness and well-being of the program
participants
Suitable for 14 years and over.
Tuesday evenings 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Meet our instructor by the picnic benches on Bentley Reserve, with
access from the rear car park of Holden Hill Community Centre
Cost: Free
This program is funded by the Department of Human Services and it is a
requirement of that funding that we collect certain information about
program participants. This information is used to determine the
success of the program and to inform the development of future
activities.
