AICN Data & AI Meetup

The Artificial Intelligence Collaborative Network (AICN) Tech MEETUP IS A FRIENDLY, enthusiastic and inclusive group of practitioners, researchers, students and enthusiasts in the broad category of data mining, data engineering, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.This meetup has a more technical focus, and will be a casual gathering with presentations and discussions from anyone willing to participate. We're aiming to provide a general meetup group for people across all technologies and industries leveraging data, machine learning and AI. We aim to provide an inclusive atmosphere for anyone interested in the space to meet and chat - all are welcome. The AICN code of conduct can be found here: https://www.collaborativenetwork.ai/code-of-conduct Anyone is welcome to present at any meetup (subject to availability of slots) and we encourage everyone and anyone to submit a talk at a meetup. Presenting at a meetup is a great way to practice presentational skills, develop soft skills and network in the community. We will hold a meetup on the 2nd Thursday of every month unless there is another, larger AICN event on that month. Venue may change from time to time subject to availability and numbers. Meetups will be free or run at cost in the event that venue hire or costs are required. Indicative MEETUP SCHEDULE: ---------------------------------------- 6:00pm: Doors open, mingling and introductions, general socialising 6:30pm: Presentation 1 (~30 minutes) 7:00pm: Break and discussion 7:15pm: Presentation 2 (~30 minutes) 8:00pm: Wrap up / nominations for next month's presentations
