Anna Lee is a diversity and inclusion consultant who believes that cultivating belonging can change the world. Drawing on the fields of social psychology, behavioural economics and neuroscience, she works with leaders to remove barriers to inclusion, address systemic inequalities and safeguard against unconscious biases. In 2016 Anna discovered the Tiny Habits method, developed by BJ Fogg at Stanford University. Since becoming an accredited Tiny Habits coach, Anna has delighted in watching people transform their lives and workplaces by taking small, meaningful actions that lead to lasting change.
