you've got two of Adelaides finest Chefs together in one kitchen, you
know it is going to be an event you don't want to miss. Watch South
Australia's culinary icon, Chef Cheong Liew, and Hotel Indigo Adelaide
Markets Chef de Cuisine, Gabriele Pezzimenti come together to host a
collaborative 5-course dinner. Experience the eclectic mix of new-age
cuisine. Each course has been carefully matched to wines from
Rockford, including the 2008 Basket Press Shiraz. Born in Kuala
Lumpur, Mr Liew studied to be an engineer before deciding to become a
Chef, restaurateur and cookery teacher. His range of experience lead
to Liew being inducted into the World Food Media Hall of Fame and in
1999, received an Order of Australia for his services to the food
industry. Meanwhile, Chef Gabriele, starting his culinary journey from
the age of fifteen in Bergamo Italy, where he learned his
craftsmanship from the very best celebrity chefs Roberto and Enrico
Cerea from a three-Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio. Guests
will revel in the creativity of their five-course menu for an
unmissable magical night to remember.
