The PYRITE Masterclass is designed to introduce people to learning and
using charcoal and wood fuelled BBQ’s as well as mastering the art
of being the backyard barbeque guru and Pit Boss, all while having
some fun with drink in hand.

some of their best kept secrets!’
Using Weber Kettles, Bullet, Drum and Offset smokers, along with other
appliances to show you how easy it is to get started cooking low and
slow, hot and fast at home.
You will also learn methods and recipes to get the best out of your
gas barbecue or chosen cooking method…
The Class will run through Fundamentals of fire management and
preparing meat as well as tip and tricks used by experts around the
Globe.
You will learn the art of Grilling, reverse searing, smoking and more.
Just some of the dishes included are Juicy burgers, Competition pulled
pork, Award winning brisket, Tender ribs, Secret chicken and more.
Pyrite Masterclass includes indulging in all the delicious food cooked
during the class, Consuming many Local beers and/or wine on offer and
