RAP Learning Circle

SYDNEY: Wednesday, 12 February 2020 [SOLD OUT]CANBERRA: Wednesday, 19 February 2020 MELBOURNE: Thursday, 27 February 2020 BRISBANE: Wednesday, 04 March 2020 [SOLD OUT] ADELAIDE: Thursday, 12 March 2020 All workshops are from 9:00am - 4:00pm ------------------------- Reconciliation Australia will be providing one-day Learning Circles for Innovate and Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) organisations. Learning Circles are an opportunity for RAP organisations to share their experiences, achievements and barriers in an informal and safe environment with other RAP community members. These sessions have been highly regarded as interactive, participatory workshops. All attendees will have the opportunity to network and actively contribute to conversations about their reconciliation journey. In this workshop, we will discuss topics including: * Employment * Cultural capability * Staff and customer engagement * Collaboration to maximise collective impact * Cultural safety and employment We will use an open agile approach to cover the following three areas: * Reflection: sharing stories, experiences and case studies; * Learning: working as a group to identify underlying principles uncovered by reflection; * Planning: developing a personal action plan based on learnings.
