The Malt Whisky Society of Australia has brought together a wonderful
lineup of four delicious JAPANESE WHISKIES THAT HAVE BEEN PAIRED WITH
A MEMORABLE JAPANESE MEAL, highlighting the amazing FLAVOURS OF
JAPAN.The Flavours of Japan Whisky Dinner, "Uisukī and Dine," will be
held at Donburi House, Sturt Street, Adelaide on 20 February (6:30pm
for 7:00pm start)
The whiskies and course pairings are:
ENTRY/WALK IN STARTER

THE HAKUSHU - DISTILLERS RESERVE
Paired with Salmon and Tuna sashimi (3 slices salmon, 3 slices tuna)
(Vegetarian option – Sweet Potato Fries with dipping sauce)

YAMAZAKI 12 YEARS
Yakitori with Mentaiko sauce (1 skewer) & Aburi chirashi don (Diced
salmon, tuna, kingfish, prawn, crab sticks, avocado and tamako aburi
with honey mustard sauce)
(Vegetarian option – Pan fried vegetarian gyoza)
YOICHI
½ Serve of tonkatsu with tonkatsu sauce and side salad
(Vegetarian option – Tofu Katsu with tonkatsu sauce and side salad)
