This five-week introductory course will provide you with all you need
to learn the basics and start to experience the benefits of meditation
and mindfulness. Taught by a qualified, experienced and
passionate meditation teacher, this practical course – for people
with busy minds and lives – will let you experience a variety of
techniques for bringing inner calm, clarity, focus and balance into
your everyday life.
