This five-week introductory COURSE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL YOU NEED
TO EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS AND EASILY
INTEGRATE THE PRACTICE INTO YOUR LIFE. _NB: The course consists of 5
sessions run over 6 weeks._Taught by an experienced and passionate
meditation teacher, this practical course – for people with busy
minds and lives – will give you the opportunity to try a variety of
scientifically-proven techniques for instilling inner calm, clarity,
focus and balance into your everyday life.
Meditation and mindfulness practices enhance our ability to be
present, relaxed, self-aware, productive and creative, and they
promote numerous mental, physical and emotional health benefits. Jen
Hill brings an enjoyable mix of practice, experience, philosphy and
science to her classes, empowering participants with valuable insights
and teachings.
