Ensuring Safer Church Communities

ENSURING SAFER CHURCH COMMUNITIES (ESCC)LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS ARE PROVIDED. _(Please contact the event organiser if you have any special dietary needs_.) ESCC is an in-house program that outlines the way by which we can ensure our church communities create and provide safe environments in every way – socially, relationally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. This program looks at issues such as what it means to be made in the image and likeness of God, and our role in creating and shaping culture. The program looks at different types of potential abuse across congregations and in the Diocese as well as taking a closer look at the Diocesan Code of Conduct- Faithfulness in Service, what it means and how it translates to our lives in service.
