the (new) ‘med shed’ for guided mindfulness meditation (magic).
Expect nourishing blends of teachings, practice and relaxation.
Sessions are suitable for adults, are beginner friendly but will also
suit regular meditators or those who would like to deepen or bring new
energy to their practice. Each week we will explore mindfulness
teachings and practices. You will learn helpful and practical tools to
create more calm in your every day. We will experience different
breathing techniques and simple, seated restorative yoga postures.
All sessions are cosmically inspired, intentional, purposeful and hold
