COURSE FOR OVER 65S LIVING IN EASTERN ADELAIDE This wonderful peaceful
class will help you unwind, stretch and relax, easing tight muscles
from your workouts and/or daily chores, whilst at the same time
releasing tension and stress from your whole body. It combines
traditional Pilates exercises also using a variety of equipment such
as bands, straps and bolsters to help the body to relax and unwind,
setting good intentions for the day and increased mobility for the
body.
Adelaide Pilates Studio has been operating for 15 years, with our
Director Trish McNicholl, holding over 30 years experience in the
Health & Fitness Industry and her team holding over 50 years combined
experience.
Course runs for a 5 week term from 2nd March to 6th April (excluding
March public holiday).
