mind.Restorative Yoga classes with Kirsten are held every Thursday at
10:00am in the Payneham RSL Hall - car parking available on site.
Free for RSL members and members of the frontline* community .
$5 donation for members of the wider community.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle - bolster and eye
pillow optional extras.
