Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced on a chair or
standing using a chair for support. Participants will learn many kinds
of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of
relaxation with the aid of a chair. Ideal for participants who have
difficulties kneeling, or getting onto/off the floor. Time 9.30am -
