This workshop is designed to assist managers to understand actions employers can take that may reduce the risk of mental illness onset or exacerbation that can occur as a result of employee exposure to chronic or acute work stressors. Participants will be presented with research evidence related to work stress and mental health and develop an understanding of job design and work environment factors that are likely to be included in psychosocial risk assessments.
